Snowzi

Snowzi - June 19, 2001 - June 21, 2013

AKC/Int CH Szumeria's Snowbird Salute, RN, CD, TT
Snowzi, soon after arriving at her new home in S. TX.
I so want to honor my precious Snowzi by this Memorial, as a permanent record, but in going through 12 years of pictures, I become so distracted until I hardly know what to do.

I find it most difficult to combine and reduce these terrific 12 years into a short document, likely because I see more and more that Snowzi was truly a most versatile lady, well deserving of the award given to her by KCA known as the Versatility Award.

This is one happy Queen of the Pack!

And lots of BOB's thereafter.
In addition to, and so important to us (her Pack), was her uncanny ability to be a true, harsh but fair, dedicated pack leader. She gave up some good play-time over the years to do her job as Leader. As we began to recognize each other's value to the pack, we finally reached a good understanding whereby we could jointly work for the good of the pack in our specialties.

In addition to this, her self-designated primary work, she easily finished her Championships, both AKC and IABCA, and on to the obedience ring, earning both Rally Novice and Companion Dog titles, as well as the important Canine Good Citizen Certificate and the passing of the American Temperament Test Society (TT), whose motto is "A Sound Mind in a Sound Body."

Finally, with the hope of passing along some superior genes from Snowzi and her lifetime mate, Yani, she did her job in the whelping box, producing 7 wonderful boys and 1 little girl, our Spirit.

May pictures tell more of her story ... except the part about how terribly we all miss this brilliant and beautiful girl of ours, whom we will always carry in our hearts, with great love!
